The M series, that is single casing pump, has an eccentrically pivoted impeller on the pump shaft, that is controlled by a diaphragm separating suction from discharge. During rotation, the disc is held tight to the pump casing by the pressure of the spring device.
Flow rate | Up to 40 m^3/h |
Pression | Up to 10 bar |
Temperatures | Up to 300°C |
Rotational speed | Up to 350 rpm |
Viscosity | Up to 80.000 mPa s |
Hollow oscillating disc pumps are M Pompe’s primary line of production. The construction features and the versatility of the materials and seals enable them to meet any demand in the field of viscous fluid handling.
These pumps self-prime even in harsh conditions and with considerable differences in height. During suction they create a vacuum of roughly 0,8 bar.
These pumps can rotate in both directions without altering their technical characteristics.
Allows the pump to adapt to different viscosities, to the passage of solid particles, and to regulate the backlash caused by wear or thermal expansion
Particularly suited for transferring high viscosity fluids, and fluids which need to be handled gently.
